    In Langtang region, the Ganjala pass is one of the most challenging pass. This pass in the Himalaya is situated at an altitude of 5160m. Our Langtang trek takes you over this pass as you make your way south from Langtang village which lies at 3500m and where the national park headquarters is located. The route from Gyang in Helambu, require crossing the 5106m Ganja La. The pass is blocked by snow, so local inquiries about its condition, good equipment and mountaineering experience are necessary for safe crossing.

    The Helambu village is a wonderful place with their own HYolo culture and and the a fields enclosed by stone walls as well as herds of yaks, the most important animal. Besides the hyolmo culture of high mountain people, the company of green rhododendron and bamboo forests, majestic waterfalls, and snow-capped Himalayas make the trek one of most diverse treks near Kathmandu. The great Himalayan scenery at the border with Tibet and monasteries make a trek to the region an enthralling experience. The people living the highlands of the Langtang region are certainly the Nepalis, being the descendant of the Tibetan origin, they still look like Tibetans.From Tarke Gyang, we descend to Melamchi Khola before climbing to Pati Bhyanjyang, then trek down to Sundarijal, from here we drive back to Kathmandu.

    Day 01: Arrival at the airport and transfer to Hotel.

    Day 02: Pre-trip meeting and preparation day for the trek/ sightseeing on demand.

    Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi 1500m.by jeep or bus (7h)

    Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel 2340m.

    Day 05: Trek to Langtang 3330m.

    Day 06: Trek Kyangjin Gompa 3730m.

    Day 07: Kyangjin Gompa Rest and Excursion around Kyangjin Gompa.

    Day 08: Trek to Ngegang 4000m.

    Day 09: Ngegang trek over the Ganja-La pass 5130m and trek down to Keldang 4270m.

    Day 10: Trek to Dukpu 4040m.

    Day 11: Trek to Tarky Gyang 2740m.

    Day 12: Full day rest in Tarkey Gyang with exploring the village.

    Day 13: Trek to Kakani dada 1996m.

    Day 14: Trek to Melamchi Pull Bazaar & Drive to Kathmandu.

    Day 15: Leisure day in Kathmandu.

    Day 16: Transfer to Airport for your home departure.
