Everest panorama Trek, although relatively easy compared to some of other treks, takes you up high along trails to Tengboche Monastery 3850m. This is a short trek but very scenic trek offers really superb view of the world’s highest peaks, including Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Ama Dablam and other many snowy peaks.
We fly from Kathmandu to Lukla airstrip in the Khumbu region and trek up to Namche Bazar, Tengboche (famous for its monastery) and into the Khumjung village, a very nice settlement of Sherpas people. This trek is a great introduction to Sherpa country and its culture with great mountain views, a very popular destination for first time trekkers in Nepal. Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Pre-trip meeting and sightseeing on demand.
Day 03: Flight to Lukla 2804m/35mn and trek to Phakding 2610m/3hrs.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazar 3440m/5hrs.
Day 05: Rest at Namche Bazar for acclimatization and excursion around.
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche Monastery 3850m/5hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Khumjung village 3790m/5hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Phakding /5hrs.
Day 09: Trek to Lukla.
Day 10: Flight back – Kathmandu
