About This Journey

Trip Overview

The Everest Panorama Trek is a short and rewarding journey into the heart of the Khumbu region, designed for travellers who want to experience the beauty and culture of the Everest region without undertaking a long high-altitude trek. The route takes you through Lukla, Phakding, Namche Bazaar and Tengboche, combining spectacular mountain views with authentic Sherpa villages and Buddhist heritage.

The main highlight is the magnificent Everest panorama from the Namche and Tengboche area, with breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku and Kongde Ri. The journey also includes a visit to Tengboche Monastery, one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in the Khumbu, offering a peaceful cultural experience surrounded by some of Nepal’s most impressive peaks.

What makes the Everest Panorama Trek special is that it offers a genuine taste of the Everest region in a relatively short time. You walk through rhododendron and pine forests, cross suspension bridges, pass through Sherpa settlements and gradually enter the mountain environment without reaching the extreme altitudes of the classic Everest Base Camp route.

This trek is suitable for travellers with moderate fitness who prefer shorter trekking days and lower maximum altitudes. It is an excellent choice for first-time trekkers, families and travellers who want to experience Everest, Sherpa culture and Himalayan scenery without committing to a demanding high-altitude expedition.
